If you want to rid yourself of the Old Paradigm’s constrains, then you need to recognize the ties that bind you. You belong in the loving arms and warm embrace of the New Paradigm, but in order to get there, you need to see low self esteem when it appears so that you can eradicate it for good.

There are certain signs that are displayed when a person is dealing with low self esteem. These can show up in their physical lives or in their emotional lives. And it doesn’t just have to be other people, either. By recognizing the signs when they appear, you can help keep yourself away from damaging phases of low self respect and distrust.
An inward journey is necessary to get your life on its proper path, but that doesn’t mean closing your eyes to the outside world. In truth, it means that your eyes need to be open wider than ever. You need to become sensitive, attuned, and aware of everything.

- Fearing any form of change
- Reacting with extreme emotion
- Over-achieving or under-achieving
